Rates:
All regular residential cleanings.( weekly,bi-weekly,monthly)
30$ per hour.( 4 hours minimum)
One time cleanings,move-in,move-out -32$ per hour.
Post construction - Depends on SQ.F. Contact us for estimation.
Commercial cleaning.- We usually prepare proposal package ,there we
specify all details and Price . We sign contract with every commercial client.
Estimates :
Estimates are free and take approximately half an hour. Estimates are
usually scheduled on the evenings and weekends. During this time we will
do a home walk through and note any special requests you may have. The
information gathered during the estimate will be used to create a checklist
that will be used every time we clean your home. The checklist will contain
all of our regular services ,plus or minus any special requests you may
have. We will only provide services listed on this checklist. If checklist
needs to be revised ,rate changes may occur.
